Description 

Boots as usb device
if I drag uf on it it reboots succesfully
but then its just still in usb mode

jumped empty r2 with a wire 

continuity to 3.3v is good (immediately on startup) 

no accidental continuity to ground with bootsel pin, neither at the jumpers nor at the chip itself
